Marie is a compassionate individual who utilizes an evidence-based approach to assist her clients based on their individual needs. Marie creates a safe space of warmth and acceptance so that clients feel empowered to express themselves freely. She aims to help clients realize and leverage autonomy to achieve their goals in their therapeutic journey and lives. Marie also provides a supportive, judgement-free environment throughout the therapeutic process with her clients. In addition, she strives to help clients identify and use their strengths to overcome challenges they experience.
Outside of work, Marie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, shopping, yoga, meditation and taking a daily walk to get her steps in. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident through her participation in professional development opportunities and training.
