Marriage and Family Therapy

Marriage and Family Therapy offers a collaborative, relational approach to healing — addressing not just the individual, but the relationships and family dynamics that shape who we are and how we repair ruptures within these relationships.

  • What is Marriage and Family Therapy? A specialized form of psychotherapy that focuses on the relational patterns, communication dynamics, and systemic factors affecting couples and families. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist works with couples, families, or individuals to identify and shift the patterns that keep relationships stuck.

  • Who It's For:

    • Couples navigating conflict, communication breakdown, or disconnection

    • Families struggling with parent-child relationships or dynamics

    • Co-parenting skills while married or working through separation or divorce.

    • Individuals whose personal challenges are rooted in relational, societal or family patterns

    • Families supporting a loved one through mental health challenges

  • Benefits:

    • Strengthens communication and deepens relational connection

    • Identifies and breaks unhealthy generational or relational patterns

    • Provides a constructive space to address conflict with professional guidance

    • Supports the whole family system — not just one person in isolation

    • Helps families and couples build lasting tools for navigating future challenges
